Mancini, who recently finished re-appointed coach of Inter, is determined to pass his team into the Champions League. “As a club, we would like to return to the Champions League,” said Mancini told Corriere dello Sport.
“We knew we had a way to achieve this,” he continued.
“Which one would I choose? Well, Europa League will be better than the third position (in Serie A), because it means we will lift the trophy only after six months together,” said Mancini.
