Injury, Van Persie Use Crutches when Leave Stadium

Swansea – Swansea City defeat was not the only bad news for Manchester United. The Red Devils get another bad news for Robin van Persie injured.

Van Persie’s injury was obtained in the final minutes of the match at the Liberty Stadium on Saturday (21/02/2015). Van Persie was moaning in pain, clutching his right leg after the release of a cross.

Van Persie in the end remained on the field until the fight was over. Manager Louis van Gaal can not replace it with another player as ration substitutions MU is up.

After the match, Van Persie caught on camera leaving the stadium on crutches. Moreover, in the right leg Dutch striker was also installed protective footwear.

Not yet known how severe the injury Van Persie is or how long he needs to recuperate. It would be understood after Van Persie undergo further examination.

MU gave up 1-2 at the hands of Swansea. They are winning first goal by Ander Herrera, but Swansea is able to reverse the situation through goals Ki Sung-Yueng and Bafetimbi Gomis.

“We dominated the game, even with 10 players because Robin van Persie could not run again after the injury,” Van Gaal said after the match.
